See how your leadership team actually performs under pressure.
The Mission Analysis System captures behavioral evidence your team can't see themselves. Who commands. Who coordinates. Who goes quiet when the clock runs out. You get the report.
Your team offsite doesn't tell you anything.
Escape rooms are fun. Ropes courses build trust. But none of them show you how your VP actually communicates when a decision has to be made in 30 seconds. None of them tell you who dominates, who goes silent, who asks for input, and who doesn't.
We do.
The Mission Analysis System observes what human facilitators miss. Communication patterns, decision timing, who opens the loop and who closes it.
Every crew receives a behavioral evidence report, and every participant gets a plain language narrative of what they actually did, drawn from the role labeled transcript.
Not a personality test. Not a survey. Actual behavior under actual pressure.
Six officers. One crisis. Ninety minutes.
A high pressure crew mission on a fully immersive starship bridge. Six participants take officer stations. Captain, Helm, Science, Engineering, Communications, Operations. They navigate a crisis scenario that requires every person to perform. No lecture. No facilitator holding anyone's hand. Just six people, a ship in trouble, and a clock running out.
We bring the bridge to you
Office, conference venue, hotel ballroom, or retreat site. A standard conference room, 110V power, and about 45 minutes of setup is all we need. We handle everything else.
Your team flies a crisis mission
Real decisions under a real clock, with every station holding a piece of the answer. The scenario adapts to what your crew does, so there is no script to perform for.
Everyone gets behavioral evidence
A crew report plus a qualitative narrative for each participant, built from role labeled transcripts and telemetry. Every claim carries a confidence flag. A structured debrief framework is included.
This is what your CEO will actually read.
Your fastest mover may also be your least collaborative. The Captain drove the tempo of the entire mission and issued order after order without a single request for input, until the boarding action forced a handoff to Engineering. Coordination recovered only after Communications began repeating station reports back to the bridge.
CONFIDENCE: HIGH // ROLE-LABELED TRANSCRIPT + TELEMETRY
Illustrative excerpt from a composite mission, shared with permission practices intact. Your report reflects your crew's actual transcript.
When a manager sees she made nearly every call without one request for input, the conversation changes. That is the moment the Leadership Lab is built for.
The report shows communication patterns, decision timing, and coordination under pressure, role by role, in plain language. It also tells you what we did not observe. Growth and comparison statements ship with directional caveats, which is exactly why the report holds up in the debrief.

Built for the people responsible for how teams perform.
HR & L&D Directors
Run it at the start of a leadership cohort, then again at the end. The difference between the two reports is the story of your program, told in behavior instead of survey scores.
Executive & Retreat Organizers
The most interesting thing your team will do at an offsite this year. When the debrief starts, the conversations that follow are the ones you actually needed to have.
Talent & Succession Planning
Put your high potential cohort through it. The person who looks best on paper and the person who actually leads under pressure are not always the same person.
Sales Teams
A controlled pressure environment with observable outcomes. Your loudest performer in the room may not be the one holding the team together.
We bring everything. You bring the team.

Pricing
Every engagement is customized to your team size, format, and objectives, and every participant leaves with behavioral evidence. Pricing depends on team size and format. Let's talk.
The fine print, up front.
Can remote teams participate?
The Leadership Lab is in person only. The physical bridge is core to authentic behavioral evidence. Most distributed teams run it at their next summit or offsite.
What if we have more than 36 people?
We design multi day events or run additional mission blocks. Contact us and we will shape the day around your headcount.
Can we choose who crews together?
Yes, and you should be intentional. Put peers together, mix cross functional groups, or run your high potential cohort as one crew.
Who sees the reports?
Your call. Reports go to whoever you designate. We do not retain participant audio or transcripts after delivery, and all processing happens locally on our equipment at your venue.
Is this appropriate for senior leadership?
Especially. Executive crews produce the most revealing evidence. The contrast between professional persona and mission behavior is often the sharpest.
How fast do we get the report?
Turnaround depends on engagement size. We set the report delivery date in your agreement before mission day, so there is never a question about when it lands.
